Organic Thai Peanut Sauce & Salad

2 T. Arrowhead Mills Organic Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 T. Spectrum Organic Red Wine Vinegar
2 T. Eden Organic Tamari Soy Sauce
2 T. Bionaturae Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 T. Shady Maple Farms Organic Maple Syrup
1/4 t. Organic Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (or to taste)

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
Yield: 3/4 c.

Drizzle over crisp shredded organic napa cabbage, tomatoes and cucumber slices to make a delicious Thai Salad!

Or can be used as a dipping sauce for fried tofu or vegetable dishes.
